WODZILLA Get the app
Why can’t I hear workout cues?

Check your iPhone’s media volume and whether sound is routed to headphones or another speaker. In WODzilla, check the sound and voice cue settings before starting. The app offers sounds only, minimal voice, coach, and coach plus every round.

Can I change the standard timers?

Yes. Choose EMOM, AMRAP, For Time, Tabata, or Custom, then adjust the available duration, rounds, work, rest, and preparation settings before starting.

Where are my workouts saved?

Saved workouts and notes are stored on your iPhone and appear under My workouts on the home screen. Completed sessions and scores appear in History.

Does WODzilla need an internet connection?

No. Timers, sounds, voice cues, round counting, saved workouts, and history work without an account or internet connection. Downloading or updating the app and contacting support require a connection.

How do Combo workouts work?

Combo chains timer blocks and rests into one session. Insert, reorder, or repeat blocks, then start the workout. WODzilla handles transitions between blocks.

Can I use it with music and a locked screen?

Yes. Timing sounds and voice cues play alongside your music, lowering it while prompts speak. The timer keeps running with the screen locked. Live Activities show the current timer on the lock screen and in the Dynamic Island on supported iPhones.

How do I count AMRAP rounds?

Tap + Round when you finish a round. Use the minus control to correct the count. Completed session scores are available in History.

How do I delete my workout data?

Remove saved workouts and delete history entries inside the app. Deleting WODzilla from your iPhone also removes its local app data; offloading the app preserves it.
